Van Ministry

Every Sunday our vans head into Lockport to bring children, teens, and families to church who otherwise couldn’t get here. It’s simple, practical outreach—meeting people where they are and helping them get under the sound of the Gospel.

We take Christ’s command seriously:

“Go out into the highways and hedges… and compel them to come in.” —Luke 14:23

If you or someone you know needs a ride to church, we’d be glad to pick you up. No cost, no pressure—just a church that cares.

Adult & Children’s Sunday School

At Cornerstone, Sunday School is at the center of our teaching ministry. We offer Bible classes for every age—from little ones in the nursery to adults who want to grow deeper in God’s Word.

Each class is designed to be clear, Bible-based, and practical, giving you solid truth you can live out every day. It’s also a place where you can ask questions, build friendships, and be encouraged in your walk with the Lord.

Join us Sundays at 10:00 AM as we study the timeless truths of Scripture together.

Nursery

Children interacting with toys in a vibrant kindergarten setting, focusing on creativity and learning.

We believe the Nursery is a very important part of Ministry. With loving and caring ladies watching the babies, the adults can concentrate on the Bible message and distractions are kept to a minimum.

The Lord tells us in Matthew 19:13, 14 to let the children come unto Him.

Our children are the next generation of believers. We need to train up our children from the cradle to love the Lord.

Proverbs 22:6 – “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it”

Children’s Church

Our children represent the future, carrying the promise of tomorrow. It’s a privilege to teach them the Gospel and plant the seeds of faith that will grow throughout their lives. Our commitment to this calling is reflected in our strong and active Children’s Ministry.

From the outreach of our Van Ministry, to the solid teaching in Sunday School, to the uplifting worship in Children’s Church, every part of this ministry is built with one purpose—to lead young hearts to Christ.

Matthew 19:14
“But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto Me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”

Annual Revival Meeting

Since 2002, our church has hosted the Annual Old Fashion Gospel Revival—a tradition the Lord has blessed year after year. For the first 12 years, we met under an old-fashioned Gospel tent, welcoming neighbors from all over to enjoy Bluegrass Gospel Music and solid, timeless preaching.

Today, the revival is held at the Lion’s Club Five Senses Nature Park (6535 Ward Rd., 14304), but the heart of it hasn’t changed. You’ll still find the same Bluegrass music, local church choirs lifting their voices, Christ-centered preaching, and our well-loved Friday night BBQ.

We invite you to come, bring a friend, and experience an encouraging, old-fashioned revival atmosphere where the Lord still works in hearts.

World Missions

A Holy Bible rests on an antique style world map with vintage hues.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost… and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” —Matthew 28:19–20

In obedience to Christ’s command, our church supports more than 30 missionaries around the world through financial giving, faithful prayer, and active involvement in missions. Each year, we hold an Annual Missions Conference—a special time set apart for preaching, fellowship, and strengthening our burden for reaching the nations.

Every week, the church highlights one of our missionaries, keeping the congregation updated on their ministry, needs, and specific prayer requests.
